Brandon University AP/IB Transfer Request Form

Complete and return this form to the Admissions Office no later than August 31st if you wish to have your Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) results considered for transfer to Brandon University.

Only courses listed below will be considered for transfer providing a minimum score is obtained. Consult the current online University Calendar on the BU home page for more information. The Admissions Office is able to access IB results online if you indicate Brandon University as your designated institution. Students with AP courses must have their results sent from the College Board. Indicate BU’s institutional code: 000905 when ordering your official AP transcript from the College Board.

The Admissions Office will notify you by email of the results when the transfer credit assessment is complete. You may request a review of your transfer credit assessment within six months of receiving the final transfer of credit results.
