York University Fees Schedule and Payment Procedures 2017-2018

These are yearly costs based on a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts for the fall/winter 2017-2018 fees and are subject to change.

York University Fees

Course fees are based on the number of credits in which you are enrolled (except Design). All costs are in Canadian dollars. To convert fees into other currencies, check the Bank of Canada converter.

Health and dental care
Most students belong to the York Federation of Students (YFS) health plan.
Exceptions: Osgoode and Glendon students

* Supplementary fees support athletics, counselling, cultural & special services and fees approved by student referenda.

** Example rate for a double room in dorm-style housing. Students also pay an additional $80 Residence Life Activity & Administration Fee. Actual residence fees are based on the specific residence and room style assigned.

† Seniors (over 60) enrolled at York may have all or part of their academic fees waived at the domestic fee rate for York University degree credit courses. For application information, contact Admission Client Services at 416-736-5000. Details about fee waivers.
